Surreal afterlife platformer · Hand-crafted · In development
You died. And you woke up here — in Abelina, a strange, hand-crafted afterlife, and a mature story about life and death told through who you meet along the way. We're early in building it with Gabe, and we'll show more as it takes shape.
Made solo by a cinematics veteran — Valorant, League of Legends, Netflix's Love, Death + Robots — with a Webby-winning composer on the score.
You died. And you woke up here — in Abelina, alongside a few other after-lifers whose ideas about the universe have just been badly shaken. You're Vasily, and now you're trying to work out what this place actually is.
It's a mature, hand-crafted story about life and death, told through who you meet and what they tell you. That's as much as we'll say for now. We're still shaping it with Gabe, and we'll show more — the world, how it plays, the people in it — when it's ready.
In progress, and still moving — but this is the feel: Vasily, the after-lifers, and the strange places in between.

Abelina is built by hand, frame by frame. "Hand-crafted" here doesn't mean first-timer — it means a CG-animation veteran and a Webby-winning composer choosing to build every shot and every sound themselves.
Solo developer · art, animation, design
A career in CG animation — nine years at Hornet directing campaigns for Dolby, Purina and Campbell's, then supervising cinematics at Blur Studio. Abelina is all of that pointed at one strange, personal world: hand-crafted, solo.
