You're a gladiator, and your gear's stuck inside a slot machine. Spin to load up, then gamble the rerolls to fight your way out.

Description

One-liner

Slots & Slaughter is a roguelike deck-builder where your items are your deck, and a slot machine is how you ready them for the fight.

Short

Fight for survival as a desperate gladiator in a roguelike deck-builder where every spin can change your fate. Spin the slot machine to ready your gear, gamble on rerolls that grow more expensive, then roll a d20 and watch the fight play out. Earn gold, upgrade your deck, and buy your freedom, or die a legend who gambled it all away.

Long

Slots & Slaughter is a deck-building roguelike where your items are your deck. Each turn you spin the slot machine to ready your gear for battle. If you don't like what comes up, pull the lever again, though every reroll costs more than the last. When you're set, a d20 decides who moves first and the fight plays out in the arena. Gladiators don't fight every day. Between bouts you spend the gold you've earned on healing and on new items for your deck. Win enough and you buy your freedom. Developed by Laser Castle, published by Indieformer, in development and coming to Steam.
