# Indieformer > Indieformer publishes indie games and talks about the process. Run by Josh and Clem in Melbourne, Australia. Indieformer is a small indie game publisher. We publish indie games and talk about the process. What we're learning, what we're trying, what didn't work. The free newsletter goes out roughly monthly. It is also a YouTube channel, a release tracker called Waypoint (now archived), and a game jam called Patch Notes. The first game on the Indieformer publishing slate is **Feed the Scorchpot**, a dice roguelike by Moravian Games. It launched on Steam on 20 August 2026. ## Pages - [Home](https://indieformer.com/): Who we are, what we publish, and how to reach us. - [The Approach](https://indieformer.com/how-we-make-a-game-popular/): How we make a game popular. We came out of twelve years as a curator, newsletter and YouTube channel, and we dropped curation so we would not be reviewing games we compete with. We document the publishing journey. What we're learning, what we're trying, what didn't work. The newsletter has shifted with us, from "what to play" toward "what it's like to publish". We do not chase trends. We are slow. We sign games because they have something only their developer could have made, not because they fit a commercial slot. Josh & Clem
